Cancellation & Return Policy – Consumables
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing consumable products.
Cancellations
Orders for consumables may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been prepped and processed. To request a cancellation, restocking fee of 20% may apply as typically when the order is placed, your order is sent to our factory/supplier. All incurred charges by the company
Due to the nature of consumable products and health & safety regulations, all consumable sales are final. We do not accept returns on consumable items once they have been shipped.
Exceptions
We will consider returns or exchanges only in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- An incorrect item was shipped
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
How to Submit a Claim

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Opened or used consumable products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
